Placing Lots in your cart and checking out initiates an Order, however, the buyer may cancel the order at any time for any reason.    Investments528.com has created this streamlined process to simplify the buying process.    

Below are the steps to purchase property from Investments 528 LLC:

• Initiate the Order by placing the desired lots in your cart and checking out
• A Purchase Agreement will be prepared by Investments 528 LLC
• The buyer and Investments 528 LLC will sign the Purchase Agreement.
• If Title Insurance is required, payment will be made to NM Land ant Title.
• If no Title Insurance is required, the payment will be made to Investments 528 LLC
• Investments 528 LLC will sign the warranty deed which will be submitted by a licensed Title Agent for recording with Sandoval County.
